Returns refund or exchange

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange on any items purchased from us within 10 days of being received, provided the item is returned to us unopened and unused.

Please be advised that prior authorisation is required on all returns.

Any return sent to us without return authorisation cannot be accepted.

Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of jane iredale.

We will then get back to you with return authorisation and further instructions on how to return your item. Returns are only accepted when purchased from www.janeiredale.co.nz and sent to our online team and not your local jane iredale retailer.

Standard freight applies to all returns except when products were originally shipped freight free
