what are your current offers?

jane iredale customers that sign up for a free account receive promotional offers and new product information. If you would like to receive jane iredale emails, please sign up for a free account and you will be added to our mailing list. You can also see our current offers on our promotions page.

Where is my order? 

You may check the status of your order by logging into your account. If your order has already shipped, you can track the status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Or, you can contact our Beauty Advisor via email at janeiredale@psb.net.nz or you may call +64 9 636 1968.Please have your Order Confirmation number ready to expedite service.

How do I change an item in my order?

Once an order is packaged and shipped it cannot be changed. Please contact our Beauty Advisor via email janeiredale@psb.net.nz or you may call +64 9 636 1968. We will do our best, when possible, to accommodate your changes.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Or feel free to contact our Beauty Advisor via email at janeiredale@psb.net.nz  or you may call  +64 9 363 1968.Our Beauty Advisor will be happy to provide the information to you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it's shipped?

Delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days. Due to high volumes, our couriers are currently expecting delays.

Can I order by phone?

If you would rather purchase by phone, please call our Beauty Advisor on +64 9 636 1968. Our Beauty Advisor can assist you between 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday-Friday. If you'd like to place your order after hours, you can leave your order on the answering system and we will confirm it by calling you back the next business day.

At which point do you charge my credit card for my order?

We charge your credit card at the time your order actually ships.

How can I cancel my order?

I can no longer find a product on your website. What happened?

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only serve our customers in NZ and the Pacific Islands

What are your international shipping options and prices?

International shipping is calculated by weight and delivery location, so it will vary by order.
